The G5-03NC welding lens in your Speedglas G5-03E welding helmet is compatible with the range of Speedglas G5-03 respiratory and non-respiratory fixed-front helmets, as well as the Speedglas G5-01 flip-up welding helmet. This gives you the flexibility to upgrade your headtop if your needs change over time.
For example, if your needs changed and you required respiratory protection, you could purchase the G5-03 Pro Air Welding Helmet with Adflo PAPR (excluding lens), and simply insert your existing welding lens. This allows you to upgrade your helmet more cost-effectively, as you don’t need to purchase the lens again!
