NEW Plymovent Portable LEV Fume Extraction Options Available!

AWS has just launched the latest addition to the Plymovent Portable LEV range – with the popular Plymovent Self-Cleaning Extraction Systems now available with 4 metre extraction arm options in either single or dual user configurations.

For years, welders across Australia and New Zealand have trusted the Plymovent self-cleaning units with 3 metre extraction arms to deliver effective fume removal and protect both welders and nearby workers alike. The introduction of the new 4 metre arm systems now offers increased coverage, flexibility and manoeuvrability around your workspace.

Built for professional welders, the self-cleaning fume extraction units offer a low-maintenance solution for the removal of welding fume. Connected to a compressed air line, the self-cleaning filters automatically pulse clean as soon as they become loaded, meaning less downtime changing or cleaning out filters.

These units require single phase power, making them a great plug-and-play fume extraction solution, suitable for heavy-fume environments and all common welding applications including MIG, Stick, FCAW and TIG.

You can now choose between a single or dual person system, with your choice of either 3 metre or 4 metre extraction arms:

PLYSC11 - Self-Cleaning, Single Person Unit with 3 Metre Arm

PLYSC114 - Self-Cleaning, Single Person Unit with 4 Metre Arm (NEW)

PLYSC12 - Self-Cleaning, Dual Person Unit with 3 Metre Arm

PLYSC124 - Self-Cleaning, Dual Person Unit with 4 Metre Arm (NEW)

Why Portable Fume Extraction?

Portable systems can be manoeuvred around the workplace to provide effective protection from welding fume and are a perfect solution for workplaces where extraction is required across a range of different situations or positions.

Portable systems can be a more economical option when compared to fixed installations and can offer more flexibility as requirements change over time.
