Comes standard with a centrifugal 5 micron water separator, micro pre-filter, micron filter and activated carbon filter.

The three person four stage air system is wall mountable and fitted with four stages of air filtration to ensure that the supplied air that reaches the user is of safe quality.

The first stage of this filter is a centrifugal 5 micron water separator. This filter removes larger particles of dirt and liquid.

The micron pre-filter removes particles down to 1 micron in size. These contaminants include dusts, rust and other particulate matter that may be present. This initial system has a maximum oil carryover of 0.01 ppm (this does not include vapour)

The secondary micron particle filter removes dirt, rust & particulate matter down to 0.01 micron in size, whilst coalescing liquids and gives a maximum oil carryover of 0.01 ppm (does not include vapour).

The third stage of the breathable air system absorbs all odour from the air source through activated carbon filters. The maximum oil carryover in the second stage is 0.003 parts per million. This ensure that the air coming out of the system is odour free, clean and safe.

This system is suitable when the system is being used at a point of use and basic filtration is installed for general plant air.
