One Hour Rapid Charge Battery with Long Life

The new Adflo heavy-duty lithium-ion battery has a run time of about 12-14 hours (depending on conditions) and charges from 0-80% of its full capacity in approximately one hour. This long-life battery extends the run-time of the Adflo PAPR by around 4 hours over the standard systems.

Required Minimum Protection Factor (RMPF)

Clean, filtered air is delivered directly to the welder's breathing zone via a unique helmet airflow pattern. A diffuser evenly distributes air through the helmet.

Mobile Welding PAPR

The slim, lightweight Adflo powered air respirator is belt-mounted, for effective mobile respiratory protection. The weight of the system has recently been reduced by a further 15%.

Robust Protection From Particulates, Gases & Fumes

The Adflo PAPR is synonymous with welders respiratory protection, with the system protecting welders against both particulates and gases - with the right type of respiratory filter. Maintaining your respirator is also made simple, with indicators to assist in knowing when to charge the battery or change the Adflo filters.

Quick Release Breathing Tube

A self-adjusting breathing tube prevents snagging on sharp objects by ensuring the hose stays close to the wearer's body. The quick-release swivel allows for simple, one-handed connection and release.

Flow Rate Adjustments for Hot Environments

The intelligent respirator unit maintains a constant 170-litre-per-minute nominal airflow rate, regardless of the filter loading or battery level. Users also have the option of increasing the airflow to 200 litres per minute when working in hot, humid environments.
