Welding Lens Suitable for Multiple Applications

Weld, cut, grind and tack with the new G5-03 TW auto welding lens. Built for versatility, the welding lens features a light shade of 2.5 for improved clarity while grinding, shade 5 for cutting and dark shades 8-13 as you begin to increase the amperage. Easily switch between weld, grind and cut modes with TAP technology.

Legendary True View optics enhance colour recognition, contours and contrast through the welding lens, making what you see appear in more detail than ever before. The G5-03 TW lens also features an extra light state of 2.5 for even greater visibility.

The G5-03 TW welding lens reliably detects welding arcs as low as 1 amp and offers consistent light-dark switching. Thanks to Auto-On technology, your welding helmet activates instantly when you pick it up, retaining the welding lens settings you last used.

Task Light for Greater Vision

Improve your visibility when welding in dark workspaces, by adding an optional welding task light. The G5-03 Pro Air task light is powered by the Adflo PAPR battery, for continuous lighting during extended periods of welding. Casting a wide light on the workpiece, the task light features adjustable light settings to suit your environment.

Welding PPE to Australian & New Zealand Standards

The G5-03 TW lens is designed to adapt to all welding applications, with an extensive shade range (2.5/5, 8, 9-13). What’s more, you have multiple mode settings at your disposal so you can weld, grind, cut and tack, indoors and outdoors – even with a completely hidden arc.

Lightweight Welding Protection

The V-500E supplied air regulator, featuring a lightweight and belt-mounted design, performs exceptionally well in hot and demanding welding conditions, delivering a refreshing flow of clean, filtered air (170-305 litres of air per minute).

High Level of Welding Protection

With a Required Minimum Protection Factor (RMPF) of 100+, the Versaflo regulator provides filtered air that is at least 100 times cleaner than the air you would otherwise breathe unprotected. The regulator conforms to Australian & New Zealand Standard AS/NZS1716 (respiratory protection) for mechanically and thermally generated particles.

Unique Airflow Pattern

The unique airflow pattern of the G5-03 welding helmet ensures a consistent distribution of filtered air across the welder’s entire breathing zone. A diffuser enhances this by evenly spreading the airflow for optimal comfort.

Breathable Air Filtration

Any air supplied via a compressor must be of breathable quality and perform in accordance with the relevant safety standard (see AS/NZS1716). To that end, a breathing air filtration system serves to remove oil, mist, water vapour, or non-toxic, unpleasant odours. This filtration unit connects to the V-500E regulator through an air hose. Self-Adjusting Breathing Tube

The Quick Release Swivel (QRS) allows for seamless connection and release with one hand. The breathing hose itself is self-adjusting, so it can remain close to the welder without snagging on surrounding objects.

Comfortable Noise Levels

An integrated low flow warning whistle and silencer combine to reduce the V-500E Regulator's noise level to less than 65 dBA - equivalent to a typical conversation and well below a harmfully loud level.
